Patricia Muth Leadership Award for Middle School Students
On an annual basis, the CFSC Board may select a Club Member to receive the Patricia Muth Leadership Award. In making its selection, the Board shall consider the following criteria: Honor, Civility, Leadership, Teamwork, Sportsmanship, Respect, Active engagement in Club activities. In addition to the nominations submitted by the Board, the Jr Board is also asked to provide nomination(s).
The Award is presented during the annual Spring Show
The award includes a $250 gift sponsored by Jadestone Clinical Research
The recipient must be a Full Member of CFSC
The recipient must be a middle school student
