Off-Ice Training sessions at The Barn (across parking lot from rink) led by CFSC coaches. 

This is a 1 hour class on Tuesdays from 6-7 pm designed for the advanced skater who has passed at least the Preliminary Skating Skills test.

Please wear tennis shoes, and bring a jump rope and yoga mat.
